Grunion:                    3:20-4:10 M-F

($100/month)                                  

 

Early Red:                 3:15-4:15 M-F

($115/month)                                  

 

Red:                            4:00-5:00 M-F

($115/month)                                  

 

Red Star:                   4:50-6:00 M-Th,

($125/month)                       4:00-5:00 Friday

 

White:                        5:00-6:30 M-F

($130/month)                                  

 

Blue:                           4:45-6:45 M/T

($135/month)                       4:45-7:00 W-F

                                   

Senior D.:                   5:15-7:30 M-F

($135/month)                      

 

Senior:                       3:00-6:00 M-F

($150/month)                       (see coach Joe for additional workouts and practices)

 

 

RSD Swim Team Fall Schedule will start on Tuesday, September 6th.

 

Required equipment (most items available at the Aquatics Pro Shop):

Grunion Group: Cap, goggles, and fins

Red Group:   Cap, goggles, and fins

Red Star:  Cap, goggles, fins, and water bottle

White Group:  Cap, goggles, fins, and water bottle

Blue Group:  Cap, goggles, fins, snorkel, running shoes, and water bottle

Senior Development Group:  Cap, goggles, fins, snorkel, running shoes, and water bottle

Senior Group:  Cap, goggles, fins, zoomers, snorkel, paddles, shoes (in the water), running shoes, and water bottle
